Lisa holds a MS in Psychology as well as a MA in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in child and adolescent therapy. Lisa has past experience working with at-risk adolescents and their families for a non-profit as well as experience working with adults and couples. Lisa uses a systemic experiential approach with her clients. Lisa is very passionate for mental health and holds the belief that everyone can live better with the right guidance. Lisa was born and raised in Ohio (Go Bucks!!) and moved to Wilmington in 2013. Outside of work, Lisa loves quality time with family and friends, loves to be on/in the water, is a true crime/horror movie fan, enjoys watching college ball and F1, and prefers gardening and painting for her self-care.

Christian has worked in the field of Functional Family Therapy for the past four years, supporting youth and families through evidence-based practices aimed at building stronger relationships, improving communication, and fostering positive change. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Southern New Hampshire University in 2013.
Born and raised in South Florida, Christian relocated to the Wilmington area from New England in 2016 with her husband and two young children. Her personal and professional experiences give her a grounded, empathetic perspective when working with families navigating complex challenges.
Outside of work, Christian enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching crime documentaries, and cheering on her kids in their extracurricular sports.
